There are a variety of RSS feeds you can subscribe to. The main ones are:

• RSS feed for all comments

You can also subscribe to individual posts’ comment threads. You’ll find the link in the sidebar to the right side of each post.

There are also feeds available for particular categories and tags. Simply add feed/ to the end of the appropriate webpage URL to get the feed URL. For instance, if you want to subscribe to Daily news updates, the URL is http://vee8.doctorvee.co.uk/category/news/daily-news-update/feed/.
