Welcome to vee8! This is my F1 blog, which I have spun off from my personal blog doctorvee. By the way, I am Duncan Stephen, a 20-something from Kirkcaldy. If you want to learn more about my, see the About page at doctorvee.

But vee8 is not just my blog — it’s your blog as well. The aim is to combine the format of a blog with the openness of a forum. Everyone is invited to contribute to post. Simply register and get writing! You can find full details here.

I can’t promise to cover every news story in depth. I do not even have the time to write down every opinion that I would like to. But vee8 will have daily content.

Every day at around 1700 UK time a selection of my favourite links from the day are published. I use the social bookmarking service Delicious to do this. The vee8 Delicious account is here.

I also use Twitter to write down brief thoughts that perhaps do not merit their own post. I also liveblog races and qualifying using Twitter. The day’s ‘tweets’ are published every day at midnight. The vee8 Twitter account is here. Please add me so that I can see what you have to say as well!
